If duplicate accounts are detected, all associated accounts will be suspended, any bonuses credited will be voided, and any balance derived from bonus funds will be forfeited. 3.3 Account Security

4.4 Own-Account Rule

All deposits to and withdrawals from your bdx247 account must be made from and to payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the payment account belongs to another individual — are strictly prohibited. 4.5 Currency

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

6.4 In-Play Betting

6.5 Settlement

Bets are settled based on the official result confirmed by the relevant governing body (for example, the Bangladesh Cricket Board for domestic matches, or the ICC for international fixtures). In cases where the official result is disputed or subject to an ongoing review, settlement may be delayed until a final determination is made. bdx247 will not be held responsible for delays in settlement caused by governing body investigations or protests.

7 Prohibited Conduct

• Automated Betting: Using bots, scripts, automated software tools, or artificial intelligence agents to place bets, navigate the platform, or perform any activity that a human player would ordinarily perform manually, without the prior written consent of bdx247.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players in live casino games or poker formats to gain an unfair advantage over other participants or the house.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal through your payment provider for any deposit made to bdx247 without first attempting to resolve the matter through bdx247 support. Any account associated with a fraudulent chargeback will be suspended immediately and the subject of a formal debt recovery process.

8 Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 Closure by the Player

You may close your bdx247 account at any time by contacting support at [email protected] and submitting a written closure request. Prior to processing a closure, bdx247 will settle any pending bets, process any eligible withdrawal of the real-money balance (subject to completed KYC), and void any active bonus balance. Account closure is typically processed within 2 to 5 business days of the request being received and verified.

8.2 Self-Exclusion

Players who feel that their gambling is becoming problematic may activate a self-exclusion through their account settings or by contacting support. Self-exclusion options include temporary cooling-off periods of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days, or a permanent self-exclusion of a minimum of 6 months. • Suspected engagement in prohibited conduct as described in Section 7.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or collusion.

• Account inactivity for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months (see Section 8.4).

8.4 Dormant Accounts

An account is classified as dormant if no login, deposit, withdrawal, or betting activity has been recorded for a period of 12 consecutive months. bdx247 will notify the player by email before declaring an account dormant and applying any administrative maintenance fee. Players who wish to reactivate a dormant account may do so by contacting support, subject to the re-completion of KYC verification.

9 Limitation of Liability

bdx247 makes reasonable efforts to ensure that the platform is available on a 24/7 basis. However, temporary interruptions to service may occur due to scheduled maintenance, emergency technical work, third-party system failures (including payment providers and game suppliers), or circumstances beyond bdx247's reasonable control. bdx247 shall not be liable for any losses — financial or otherwise — arising directly from a temporary service interruption, including the inability to place a time-sensitive in-play bet during a connectivity outage.

9.2 Third-Party Providers

Game content on bdx247 is provided by independent third-party studios. bdx247 is not responsible for errors, defects, or interruptions originating from those third-party systems, provided that bdx247 takes reasonable steps to restore service once it becomes aware of such issues.

9.3 Player Responsibility

9.4 Maximum Liability Cap

Where bdx247 is found liable to a player for any reason, the total liability of bdx247 in respect of any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total amount deposited by the player during the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or ৳10,000 — whichever is lower.

10 Amendments to These Terms
